Job Summary



The role of the Performance Marketing Specialist will be to provide support to the Acquisition Marketing team in the execution, optimisation and measurement of digital marketing campaigns for Domain Residential (including Domain and Allhomes). You’ll be someone who loves a varied role, your day might begin with reporting, then onto assisting with launching our latest Brand campaign on YouTube and the end of the day might see you doing keyword research for an upcoming performance campaign. We’ll love you to be analytical and detailed with a passion for problem-solving.



You will be responsible for assisting with the implementation, optimisation and reporting of digital marketing campaigns across channels including but not limited to Paid Search, Paid Social, Display & Video. You will be a key point of contact for external media partners including Meta, YouTube (Google), Pinterest, Instagram and more - managing daily budgets, optimising bids to meet core KPI’s and collaborating with internal teams to support wider marketing initiatives.






Responsibilities


  • Supporting the Acquisition marketing team with campaign implementation, reporting, optimisation and testing of performance and digital marketing campaigns
  • Coordinating campaign and asset requirements with marketing team and agencies
  • Provide a supporting role in the response to marketing briefs for seasonal campaigns including channel strategy, creative recommendations and performance forecasts
  • Weekly performance reporting and budget pacing
  • Work with the acquisition marketing team to align on Paid Search keyword, audience, bid and creative strategies
  • Participate in regular meetings with key stakeholders to report on campaign performance and seasonal projects (e.g. The Block)
  • Monitor industry and market trends across digital channels
  • Evaluate current workflows and implement automation tools to eliminate repetitive tasks



Responsibilities


  • 1-2 years experience in a Digital or Performance Marketing role
  • Proven experience using Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Experience with Display & Video platforms highly regarded
  • Knowledge of Tag Management systems and creative troubleshooting experience
  • Proficient in the use of Google Apps suite of products (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets)
  • Analytics tools experience highly regarded
  • Proven stakeholder management experience and ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to develop clear and concise presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong team player with a proactive attitude to help others
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel skills; experience with pivot tables and ability to extract insights from data
  • Google Ads, Google Analytics and/or Facebook Blueprint qualification highly regarded
  • Bachelor degree in Business and Marketing highly regarded but not essential, or able to demonstrate experience to a similar level
